Musically speaking, Beck is a man who wears many hats - floating from tripped-out hip-hopper to heartbroken folkie, to freaky Prince-impersonator and back again. But he also wears a lot of actual hats too, have you noticed? Cowboy hats, fedoras - the man can dress. Exactly what type of hat (if any) will adorn Mr. Hansen’s head at the Fillmore remains to be seen, but ticket holders can rest assured that he’ll pull more than a few tricks out of it (!) when he slides/shuffles/does the robot on stage in support of last year’s funktastic Guero. Moves will be busted, rhymes will be spit, and if you’re lucky, he’ll seduce you silly with a rendition of the falsetto-crazy “Debra”.
