Over the summer I purchased an import copy of Art Brut's Bang, Bang, Rock & Roll at Other Music after hearing the single on WOXY. The album instantly found a place in my heavy rotation. Even Mr. Chernin loves the record, and we all know he has a reliable pallet. The band has made heaps of noise across the pond with their epic live shows and karate matches with Bloc Party. New York City finally gets the chance to see Art Brut in action when they invade The Mercury Lounge on Thursday, November 10th. Do y'all remember when Franz played their gig at The Mercury in November of 2003? Well, this show could be of the same historic proportions so make sure you keep an eye on Ticketweb in the coming weeks. It is sure to sellout in a hot second.
