1. WOXY played Sam Champion's Company Dance today at 4:11pm. I listen to this stream all the time, but they usually don't play them during the day. Dana IM'd me as soon as it happened with an equally excited freak out. Now don't get so drunk at happy hour that you forget about their show. They are a guaranteed good time.
2. The Shout Out Louds have a new video for the first single from their debut recocd, Howl Howl Gaff Gaff which is set for release in the U.S.A. on May 24th by Capitol Records. The single is called Very Loud and you can view it in many different formats: Windows Media (lo / med / hi); Real (lo / med / hi); Quicktime (lo / med / hi).
3. Thanks to my Quan aka Hawkins, I'm going to see the Pixies, Interpol and LCD Soundsystem on June 14th. Life just got a little bit sweeter. Think about this week I'm going to have: Pixies, Bloc Party and then hit the road with Sam Champion and Rogue Wave.
Hence the term, Lucky Dog.

i don't like that band, but thanks for the update. in fact, after the story tumbleweed told me last night, thom yorke is no longer my most loathed brit. welcome to first place chris martin you are the captain of the wank patrol
I've had that SOL CD for well over a year; didn't even realize it was an import. Here I was, waiting for the next one.
That's quite a week you've got lined up; if you have 6/12 or 6/15 free, I strongly suggest catching Local H on the Rocksoff cruise or at Southpaw. Everyone I've ever dragged to one of their shows has become a fan. They. Just. Rock.
Local H was at my first concert ever, I saw them open for Silverchair at Roseland. My friend got the drummer's drumstick.
You gotta like the Rocks off cruises. if they weren't $25, i'd go more often.
