$5 will get you all the beer and food you can handle. Seriously, Kyle and I bought a shit-ton of food, so by all means, come hungry. I’m also looking into running up to Home Depot to purchase a tarp. If you have any ideas, by all means, give me a ring.
Now we realize the weather has definite shit potential. If it’s raining the party will be in the apartment, and we’ll run the grub down from the bbq.
Jeff's address is 540 Henry St. It's really easy by train, (directions below). Come out early. Stay late. Make sure to bring a coat as it’s supposed to be just below 60 degrees. Once it’s too cold, we’ll retire to the apt for further debauchery.
Other things to bring: Tequila, Sparks and friends. All are welcome.

Subway: Take the F or the G train to Carroll St. Exit the station at President and Smith. Walk along the park with traffic on President for a few blocks. Make a left on Henry. The address is 540 Henry St. apt. #2. Call Jeff or Jay to get the keys tossed down or buzz #2.
If you're coming late exit the subway station at 2nd place. Make a right, and walk with traffic on 2nd place until you hit Henry. Make a right, walk a couple blocks. 540 Henry St. Call or buzz.
Right. So, let me think about the last couple days. Oh, I remember; it’s been all work with a second of play. On Wednesday I was at Webster for the Moby show which was hectic, but we made it through it. The young lady who put the list together was quite sweet which made it all the better. After the show I stopped by the after party at her insistence for a complimentary Moby drink from his tea shop, (I believe its Teany). Then it was on to my bed where I spent another night starring at the ceiling trying to unwind.
Yesterday was mildly better. Following work I met with Kyle at Key Foods so we could buy all the food for tonight’s party. Here’s to hoping the weather holds up because our food count is something like:
Hamburgers: 60
Veggieburgers: 8
Hotdogs: 45
Veggiedogs: 16
Chicken Legs: 50
Kielbasa: 4 links
Hot Sausage: 25
Chips: 10 bags
Around 8pm Dana came over to watch The O.C. which was a bit out of control, but I don’t feel like getting into it as I’m tired and cranky. After the show we hung out in the kitchen and played with the meat. We marinated a ton of grub before time ran out, and I had to head down to the Bowery for the late Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy show. The shift was crazy just because everyone came in at once, but by the time I took a deep breath it was over. Merida and I chatted about tonight’s predicted shitshow before I hit the road. Today I’m tired and the day is only beginning. Wish me luck.
Birthday weekend plans: Tonight party. Tomorrow brunch, shopping, The Shins and possibly Outhud. Sunday is for work. Happy Passover to all you Hebrews!
