I was seriously impressed with The of the World last time they played mercury (which i believe is the same night we discovered Lucky Burger while crossing paths on Ave. A, damn my memory's good!). Hope they play soon again, i'm going to see some french hotties tonight.

French hotties also known as Nouvelle Vague, who play Joe's Pub tonight at 7:30pm. I don't even know what the girls in the band look like, but with voices like that and such great new wave covers, they can only be hot. I'll report on the hotness level tomorrow.
As for Hiro, i haven't heard the rumors, but you know me, i'm only one call away from finding anything out in this small town of ours... so let's see what i can find.
