they sure do. did you get in that pit at the show? i saw some dude punching himself in the head. it was amazing.
i wasn't in the pit. i wish i had been. i was upstairs sweating it out, but singing along to every word nonetheless.
i'm not a big fan of the pit. let me rephrase that: i'm not a big fan of the pit when I dont feel like being in it. I actually got sick from being jostled around so much. I know that sounds lame, because I'm not 7 anymore, but I still had a good time. It did get a little too ridiculous at times. I went into the pit and did my own thing at the last song before encore. My favorite part was when one guy used me as a launching pad to get air. Sweet.
I tried to get down to the front of the stage for a little while to take pictures but couldn't squeeze through so I retreated to the upstairs too and hung out behind the sound guy, definitely the best seat in the house for sound but I usually prefer to be right in front. Plus the only photos I was really able to get were high angle nightshot ones, and that's not really very exciting. oh well.
