Unfortunately a friend of mine recently broke her leg. Phoebe has now returned home for some much needed rehabilitation. I'm back in Cali and will be staying here 'til I am literally back on my feet. In the meantime, my spot in our adorable apartment is available for sublet for the months of February and March!

Almost everyone I'm sending this to has seen our gorj penthouse on Ave. B, but if its been a while, I should tell you how cute it is...
Really cute. It's still a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, tidy and fully-operational apt with lotsa light. The available room has a full sized bed, closet, armoir, hot-ass boom box and a terrific view of Radio Perfecto and a playground!
Any interested parties will of course receive much more intricate details of the deal. I just wanted to get the word out, so please pass it on if you can.
