Charging You Interest.

My deepest apologies to those of you who are frequent checkers of this blog. My few and far between postings have been somewhat disappointing, and I can’t say there is a light at the end of this tunnel, but I will be doing my best to keep you updated on the regular. Before I get into anything personal, let’s talk about last weeks episode of the O.C. that Dana kindly taped for me. I finally managed to catch it Saturday night before heading out for another night of partying at the Mercury. It was simply amazing. Sylvia was trying to break me down last night. She said the episode was terrible. She claimed it couldn’t hold a candle to 9021(Ho) and the entire show felt like one long date. These are valid arguments, but it really doesn’t matter. At this point The O.C. runs my life. Sure, Mischa is a terrible actress, but is that really grounds to dismiss the entire show? What about Seth Cohen? Even if his banter is beginning to become a little to much, he may have a new girlfriend in the works that will help keep his idioms in check. I don’t want to get started about the new girl, because frankly, I’m in love. Did you see her in all her glory at the Killers show? Girls in Chucks drive me wild. Maybe that’s a good justification as to why I live in Manhattan. Speaking of the Killers, though I’m not the biggest fan, the directors made them look great. The Peach Pit can kiss the Bait Shops ass.

If the O.C. doesn’t have you riled up enough to continue reading, keep in mind that you have two chances to hear me fuck up on some CD decks. The first is this Saturday at Trash where I’ll be spinning records for the beloved Jin Moon. We are celebrating her birthday in high fashion with sets from Fxxxing Lions, Sam Champion and Dirty on Purpose. I’ll be playing songs between bands and there will be a massive karaoke session post show. Additionally, Sivan and Kelly have asked me to bring the New Years party to Bside. That’s right folks, whether you have plans yet or not, you have the chance to stop by Bside between 10pm-4am to catch me and a few friends playing all the songs that make you realize I have an older sister. So make it a point to cruise by Bside at some point on NYE.
