Sean M. dropped me an IM about an hour ago that contained this link. We are applying to become part of the police force in the city of Portland. Could I handle being a cop? Who knows? It seems like something I could handle, and hopefully I'll get a call back for the October tests. This is all part of the scramble to get a new job. If you don't think I'd be a good cop, then hire me to do something else. Otherwise, put your drugs away you goddamn hippies.

jay, dude, i just read on jinners page that you're serious about becomming a cop. if you're worried that nothing in the way of an enjoyable job will come your way, then you shouldn't make any hasty choices. give it time man. basically no one gets a cool job right out of college, that i know of. you'll find something believe me, and i really don't think you'd enjoy busting people all day as a cop. i think it would be kind of an extreme lifestyle change. scat turdly

jay, you have to let me talk you out of this. man, i really think you'd be making a gigantic mistake. to be a cop you have to be a certain kind of person and i just can't tell that you fit the mold. you would get so bored. you have so much time to get the kind of job you want and you're way to young and green to be jumping to conclusions about the job world. if you became a cop you'd also make no use of your college degree, i don't think. i could go on forever. i'm just really confused why you'd want to do this. do something in the music biz maybe. it's pretty clear that you'd fit in better there. being a cop just seems so random. anyway, if you've made your mind up there's no turning back i guess. i'd love to hear that your just clowning me and this is all a joke. scat turdly
