This is a formal Good Luck & a premature Congratulations to my friend Liz who is heading to San Diego this weekend (or is it next) to run in her first marathon. Running has become a big part of her life in the past year, and I wish her the best on her debut. I know she'll make her goal because she is tougher than a bucket of bullets dipped in glass. If you see this little punk cruising down your Avenue, throw her a Slayer and compliment her new ink.
