As some of you know, my friend Liz works for VH1. This afternoon they were given "Go Bags" that include a radio, flashlight, water and a mask. They were also advised to bring in sneakers and perishable food items. Her office is in the heart of Times Square. Are they preparing for the inevitable or do they know something we don't? The world is so fucked up these days and our President isn't helping much. How does it feel being a walking target?

I was reading Stereogum this afternoon who had a link to this sight which posted jokes from various U.S. Senators. Wouldn't you know it? Rick Santorum of my home state couldn't think of a joke. Luckily those who oppose him have made a joke out of him.
