Holy Weekend Batman!
Good Goddamn, you know the weekend must be looking H-O-T, hot if I'm already talking about it on Thursday afternoon. There is so much to do this weekend, and it's all layed out so nicely. Do you have plans yet? If not, allow me to clue you in on some things that should be penned into those date books. Here they are in a particular order:
1. Bishop Allen @ Lit Lounge on Friday. It looks like they will be hitting around 11pm. This is a must see. Their record is so fantastic, and they seem like really great kids.
2. Christie "Z-Money" Zangrilli's Birthday Celebration @ Riffifi. The lovely Christie will be getting there around 11pm. I'm cruising through right after the gig at Lit, and I'll be ready to dance, so save one for me. And make sure they don't play any Pulp while I'm not there.
3. British Sea Power @ Bowery on Saturday. These guys will be fantastic. Let me know if you are going, I'd love to pregame at my place if at all possible.
4. Bristish Sea Power / Kaito After Party @ Bside. You know the bar. You know Sivan. You know I'll be there. (Don't tell anyone, but there will be free beer from 1-2am). Come and make out with us!
So that is the ground work for what may be a killer weekend. I hope to do something active on Saturday, but if not, I'll be glad to sit around and watch you get high. Also, I'm going for a Mogador brunch at some point. All I want to know is... Who's coming with me?
