Get By With A Little Help From Our Friends.
So some friends of mine have big things going on right now, and I want to help everyone out so take a look at this stuff and do the following: vote, rent, drink and rock.
1. You know Sivan. You know Bside. What you may not know is that Sivan is obsessed with Neighborhoodies. Sivan and Kelly (the other half of the Bside tandom) are up for Neighborhoodie of the week. All you have to do is click hear and vote for these lovely ladies in their Bside gear.
2. Ms. Daylen has recently rented a new apt on the L.E.S. This place looks oh so solid, and she wants to let you in on the deal. She is renting 2 (count um 2!) rooms at this joint on 1st & 10th. Email her at dld227@nyu.edu for more information.
3. Your favorite video director, Jon Watts needs your help this Saturday. He will be shooting a time lapse party which will be used in a music video. He is promising a DJ and all the booze you can drink for FREE. This three hour shoot with be at 256 Grand Street in Bklyn (2nd Floor, above where Luxx used to be) from 9pm till 12am.
4. The recently dubbed Ear to the Ground band, Sam Champion, will be playing at Tribeca Rock Club this Saturday with the boys of Rana. Come see them play your favorite indie pop sing-a-longs.
If you didn't know by now, I will be playing an early set at Bside this Sunday from 5-9pm. Details will be posted tomorrow, but come early to get drunk before watching the Sopranos!
