Can You Feel It? Intensify.
Dilemma's are such a bitch. At 3pm I'm stuck in the office contimplating the evenings various options. The most attractive dish on tonight's menu seems to be the never getting off my couch because I'm too busy watching basketball entree. With my lack of genuine energy (I'm idling off a fading coffee buzz) and my need to see these games, the Sweet 16 sounds like a little touch of heaven. But alas, there is rock to be heard.
Unfortunately the Dios, Clearlake & Decemberists show at the Mercury has sold out. Those of you hoping to see these acts are a bit out of luck, but you do still have the chance to see them (minus Dios) at the Bowery tomorrow night (but I believe it is sold out as well). I may try to sneak in to see Dios tonight, but it will be tough.
If you are in the mood for a cheap show with some serious potential, than look into !!! (chk chk chk)'s gig at NYU. It's in Kimmel Hall, but I don't know exactly where. Noah and I are planning to hit this one up, that is of course if the lure of the couch isn't too strong. But a little bit of dancing could do a body good. Don't they look fun?
